Dana holds a B.S. degree in Applied Mathematics/Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University. She spent over 10 years working at Oracle Corporation in the areas of Customer Support, Marketing, Release Management, and Quality Assurance. Since then Dana has completed courses in Creating Web Pages, Designing Effective Websites, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Dreamweaver, Flash, and Fireworks.
